【摘要】:ThispartofISO14300addressesthespaceprogrammemanagementrequirements,applicablethroughatop-downapproachinacontractualrelationshipbetweencustomersandsuppliers.TheapplicablerequirementsforproductassurancearegiveninISO14300-2.ThispartofISO14300isintendedtobeusedasabasiswhenestablishingandnegotiatingcustomerprogrammemanagementrequirements,andguidingthesupplier'sresponses.Itpermits:—acleardefinitionoftheroles,responsibilitiesandauthoritiesofthedifferentcustomersandsuppliers;—coherencebetweentheiractivities;—communicationcapabilitybetweenthem;—stableandrigorousprogrammeorganization;—and,asfaraspossible,standardizationoftherulesapplicabletovariousprogrammes.Itstillallowsforsupplierflexibilityinitsimplementationandtailoring.
