【摘要】:Thistestmethodisfortherapidassessmentofthestaticsegregationresistanceofself-consolidatingconcrete.Themethodisusefulforrapidassessmentofthestaticsegregationresistanceofself-consolidatingconcreteduringmixturedevelopmentinthelaboratoryaswellaspriortoplacementofthemixtureinthefield.TestMethodC1610/C1610MforstaticsegregationofSCCisnotsufficientlyrapid,andthenon-mandatoryVisualStabilityIndexasdeterminedthroughtheproceduredescribedinAppendixX1ofTestMethodC1611/C1611Mishighlysubjectiveandqualitative.AppendixX1providesnon-mandatorycriteriathatmaybeusedtoindicatethedegreeofstaticsegregationresistanceofself-consolidatingconcretemixtures.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstherapidassessmentofstaticsegregationresistanceofnormal-weightself-consolidatingconcrete(SCC).Thetestdoesnotmeasurestaticsegregationresistancedirectly,butprovidesanassessmentofwhetherstaticsegregationislikelytooccur.1.2ThetestapparatusandprotocolweredevelopedbasedontestswithSCCmixturescontainingsaturatedsurfacedry(SSD)coarseaggregatesranginginrelativedensityfrom2.67to2.79andinnominalmaximumsizefrom9.5mmto25mm.ForSCCmixturesoutsidetheseranges,testingisrecommendedtoestablishacorrelationbetweenpenetrationdepthandstaticsegregationmeasuredinaccordancewithTestMethodC1610/C1610M.Thistestmethodshallnotbeusedtoassessthestaticsegregationresistanceofself-consolidatingconcretecontaininglightweightaggregatesorheavyweightaggregateswithoutpriortestingtoestablishacorrelation.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.4Thetextofthisstandardreferencesnotesandfootnotesthatprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotesshallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthestandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.(Warningx2014;Freshhydrauliccementitiousmixturesarecausticandmaycausechemicalburnstoskinandtissueuponprolongedexposure.)
