【摘要】:ThispartofISO10294specifiesthetestrequirementsrelatedtothermalreleasemechanismsusedinfiredamperstestedinaccordancewithISO10294-1.Onlythethermalreleasemechanismissubjectedtothetestsdescribed.Thetestmethodsaredesignedtoensurethatunderfireconditionsthethermalreleasemechanismcomplieswiththeexpectedfunctionssothatthedamperwillclosecompletelysoastopreventthespreadoffire.ThispartofISO10294alsoincludesamethodforensuringthatthethermalreleasemechanismdoesnotclosetheclamperinnon-fireconditions.Theeffectofcorrosionontheoperationalreliabilityofthereleasemechanismisalsoevaluated.Thismethodisonlyapplicabletothermalreleasemechanismsinstalledwithinthedamperorduct.Itdoesnotcoverthermalreleasemechanismsthatarelocatedoutsidetheventilationduct.ThetestcanprovideinformationoncomparativeperformancebetweenonethermalreleasemechanismandanotherandthusprovidesforthetestingofthermalreleasemechanismsthathavenotbeenincludedinthedamperassemblythatwastestedinaccordancewithISO10294-1.ThemethodspecifiedinthispartofISO10294willdeterminewhetherthethermalactivationsystemfortheclosingdeviceofafiredampersystem—issuitableforafiredamperassemblytobetestedaccordingtoISO10294-1,—issuitableforafiredamperalreadyqualifiedaccordingtoISO10294-1withanalternativesystemofthesameclass(temperature-load),—iscapableofmaintainingitsperformanceafterthereliabilitytests.
