【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrulesfordesign,calculationandinstallationforpreinsulatedbondedpipesystemsforburiedhotwaterdistributionandtransmissionnetworks(cf.Figure2)withpipeassembliesinaccordancewithEN253,forcontinuousoperationwithhotwateratvarioustemperaturesupto120oCandoccasionallywithpeaktemperaturesupto140oCandmaximuminternalpressure25bar(overpressure).Applicationrule:Forlargerpipedimensionsandpressuresbelow25barwallthicknessbiggerthanspecifiedinEN253canberequiredforstraightpipes,bendsandtees.Theprinciplesofthestandardcanbeappliedtopreinsulatedpipesystemswithpressureshigherthan25bar,providedthatspecialattentionispaidtotheeffectsofpressure.Adjacentpipesbelongingtothenetwork(e.g.pipesinducts,valvechambers,roadcrossingsabovegroundetc.)canbedesignedandinstalledaccordingtothisstandard.Thestandardassumesuseoftreatedwater,whichbysoftening,demineralisation,deaeration,addingofchemicals,orotherwisehasbeentreatedtopreventinternalcorrosionanddepositsinthepipes.Thisstandardisnotapplicableforsuchunitsas:a)pumps,b)exchangers,c)boilerinstallations,tankinstallations,d)consumerinstallations.However,thefullfunctionalabilityanddurabilityofsuchunitsshouldbeensuredinconsiderationoftheimpactsfromthedistrictheatingsystemandotherimpactsoccurringfromtheconditionsunderwhichtheyhavebeeninstalled.GuidelinesforproductqualityinspectionandinsitutestsofjointsaregiveninAnnexAofEN448-2009,AnnexDofEN253-2009,AnnexAofEN488-2009andAnnexBofEN489-2009.GuidelinesforweldingofpolyethylenecasingaregiveninAnnexBofEN448-2009.TheestimationofexpectedlifewithcontinuousoperationatvarioustemperaturesisoutlinedinAnnexBofEN253-2009.
